95 Wall Street , New York City
Constructed in 1969 as an office tower, 95 Wall Street was originally designed by Emery Roth and Sons. In 2009, AKM Architects converted the 23 floor building into 507 luxury rental apartments. The conversion involved modifications to the curtain wall system, elevators, and new MEP systems. An addition to the top of the building incorporates tenant amenities, including an outdoor terrace, interior lounge, and fitness center. Additionally, the building contains a 70 car parking garage.
